Fees and Payment

Fees are payable monthly in advance via cash, card machine, bank transfer, Tax Free Childcare Scheme or Childcare Voucher.

Children aged 3 years and over are entitled to FREE funding the term after their 3rd birthday.

We claim the funded hours directly from the local authority, all you need to do is complete and sign an FE1 form provided by us.

Your nursery fees will be invoiced in lieu of the funded hours. We offer 15 & 30 hours’ term time and 11 & 22 hours stretched subject to availability.

We do charge for additional services such as food, equipment and ancillary items for fully funded places. We are open all year round apart from Bank Holidays and two week or less at Christmas.

To register your child at the nursery, a non-refundable registration fee of £35.00 is payable for each child. A welcome pack will be issued with all the relevant information and paperwork.

2 year olds - your child may be entitled for up to 15 hours per week of free nursery education funding, commencing the term after their second birthday.

A retainer (50%) is payable for holiday time provided a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is given, and holiday booking form completed.

Nursery Fees paid in full by parents/carers, including all meals and snacks during the session. If session is FREE due to government funding please add Snacks / meals as shown below in “EXTRAS”.

Late collection charges:
The nursery reserves the right to charge for late collection - £7.70 for every 15 minutes after 18:00 closing time of nursery.
